Terms and Conditions
- Prices include printed inlays and white or cream envelopes, unless otherwise stated.
- Postage will be added to final invoice.
- We do NOT require a minimum order. We advise ordering as early as possible, before the date you wish to send your invites, although we will always try to accommodate shorter lead times.
- You will be responsible for the final proof approval. Changes made after this will incur extra charges.
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required with each order. The final balance is payable prior to despatch of your completed order.
- All items will require a signature upon delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged after despatch.
- Orders cancelled 8 weeks prior to delivery date will not incur charges. Orders cancelled after this time will be subject to the full cost of the order.
- All designs are the copyright of Cards By Samantha. Each card is individually hand made and therefore slight variation may occur between each card.
